Founded Vertexa in 2010 after a decade building payment infrastructure. Still reviews architecture decisions on the largest engagements.
Gabriel started Vertexa with a simple conviction: most technology programmes fail for organisational reasons, not technical ones, and a consultancy that refuses to say so is not much use to anybody.
Before Vertexa she spent ten years building payment and settlement systems across three continents, which is where the company’s bias toward correctness and operational rigour comes from.
She holds an MSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London and sits on the advisory board of two fintech scale-ups.
